    All activities during this workshop are optional.  There will be many opportunities to learn!  


    I’ll be offering free 10-minute long demonstration sessions to 1 or 2 eager volunteers who are excited to help me demonstrate these techniques, body-to-body, while men watch.  


    There will also be practice sessions with other men, based fully on what feels like a “hell yes” to YOU!  I encourage whole-bodied participation, but everyone here will learn a lot…even just by watching…and if you would prefer a body-to-body session in complete privacy, I do offer 1-on-1 sessions, in person.
