Note: 100 Bain is a large complex with 260 units over 2 city blocks and can be tricky to find if you've never been here.

ARRIVAL 6:15 PM
Please arrive by 6:15 to find the location (maybe even by 6:10 if you need to find parking), set down your things, and settle in so we can start on time at 6:30 PM. The door will be locked shortly after 6:30 PM so we can build our container.
PHONES OFF OR IN AIRPLANE MODE
If you have a phone on you when you arrive, please set your phone to airplane mode or completely off when approaching the front door. Our friendly greeter will show you where to put them.
What to Wear
HOW TO GET READY
It's best to arrive nourished, but not overly full, so we recommend completing your evening meal an hour or more before you arrive. You may want to eat your 2nd supper or a snack after you get home. We will also have some simple snacks on hand such as nuts and fruit.
Please shower and get clean, but please refrain from using any anti-perspirants, deodorants, colognes, or other scented products as these can interfere with connection, particularly for those of us who are extra sensitive to scents.
Please refrain from using any alcohol or recreational drugs before coming to this event.
Wear comfortable clothes. Once we have our opening circle, you'll have the option, at all times, to dress or undress to your comfort level.

PAYMENT/CREDITS
When you signed up, you were given the option of writing in any amount between CAD$100-150 (less if you need). If you wish to contribute any additional monetary donation, please bring cash.
